Recipe for lovers of sweet foods: White fungus broth with kiwi fruit chunks

Ingredients:

A handful of White fungi

1 kiwi fruit

Moderate rock candies

Easy-to-follow steps:

1. Soak White fungi till soft, then remove the hard portions and then tear the rests into pieces or slices.

2. Peel the kiwi and then cut it into chunks.

3. In an electric cooker, dump with sufficient water, drop in White fungus slices and cook for 30 minutes or so.

4. Combine with rock candies and go on till they are melted.

5. Finally let kiwi fruit chunks join in and continue the heat for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy.
